The STM32F103VET6 incorporates the high performance ARM Cortex. Its 32 bit RISC Core has the ability to operate at a 72 MHz frequency. Furthermore, it provides high speed embedded memory; including SRAM of up to 64 Kbytes and up to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory. It also provides a myriad of peripherals and enhanced I/Os affixed to 2 APB buses. Advanced and standard communication interfaces are available; including one SDIO, CAN, USB, 4 USARTs, and 3 SPIs. Furthermore, 3 twelve bit ADCs are offered, as well as 4 general purpose, sixteen bit timers, as well as 2 PWM timers.
In addition, the STM32F103VET6 performance line, high density family operates in the negative 40 to positive 105 temperature range-from a 2 to 3.6 voltage power supply.
